Genovis’ Annual General Meeting (AGM) is rescheduled for 2nd June 2009
Genovis is in the process of evaluating the terms for the divestment, in full or in parts, of its protein engineering portfolio.
This activity commenced in Q4 2008, and is estimated to be completed during Q2 2009. In order to grant the incumbent Board of Directors freedom to act during the process, Genovis reschedules the AGM announced to take place on the 23rd April 2009 for the 2nd June 2009. The decision has been taken following consultation with the major shareowners.
