Auditors

In Swedish public limited companies, the shareholders elect independent auditors at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The auditors report to the shareholders at the company's AGM. At least once a year, the auditors report to the Board without the CEO or anyone else from the company's operating management present at the meeting.

The 2023 AGM re-elected PricewaterhouseCoopers AB. Neda Feher is the senior auditor.
