Genovis publish a new share issue prospectus

Finansinspektionen (the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority) approved on April 1 Genovis prospectus for a new share issue with preference for existing shareholders, the subscription period is April 15-30. Starting today the prospectus will be available in Swedish on Genovis and Finansinspektionens home page.
