Genovis publish a new share issue prospectus
Finansinspektionen (the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority) approved on December 19, 2008 Genovis prospectus for a new share issue with preference for existing shareholders. The subscription period is January 16-30, 2009. Starting today the prospectus will be available in Swedish on Genovis and Finansinspektionens home page.
